1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Accommediary, a real estate mobile listing app ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Accommediary" refers to the App and its services.
• "User" refers to you, as a landlord or tenant using the App.
• "Landlord" refers to a user listing a property for rent.
• "Tenant" refers to a user searching for a rental property.

3. Use Of The App

• The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and using the App.

4. Registration And Account

• You must register to use certain features of the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify Accommediary immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Property Listings

• Landlords are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of their property listings.
• Accommediary does not verify the accuracy of property listings.

6. Tenant-Landlord Communication

• Accommediary facilitates communication between tenants and landlords.
• Users are responsible for their interactions with each other.

7. Payment And Fees

• Payment could be made through cards, bank transfers and user's wallet.
• The moment a tenant makes payment for an apartment, the money will drop in the landlord's wallet but won't be able to access it until the tenant claims ownership of the apartment, then, the landlord will have a full access to the money.
• Accommediary Convenience fees is 5% of the rent that would be paid by both the tenants and landlords on every transaction.

8. Intellectual Property

• Accommediary owns all intellectual property rights in the App.
• You are granted a limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Houses, apartments and or properties posted on Accommediary must not be posted or seen on other listing Apps.

9. Disclaimer Of Warranties

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.
• Accommediary disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation Of Liability

Accommediary is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

• Accommediary may terminate or suspend your account at any time.
• You may terminate your account by contacting Accommediary support.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Nigerian law.

13. Changes To Terms

• Accommediary may modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

14. Faithfulness and Integrity

• Our users are presume to be people of high integrity and are faithful to this cause of making accommodation available and accessible for all.
• For this reason, all listed properties must be genuine, available and at the right price.
• Our users, most especially, Landlords must be ready to submit all the required information for trust and security.
• Listing on Accommediary means you have us as the only listing app for that particular property, this will help prospective tenants to trust the App.
